If I fail

at my job,

I expect to

be fired.

If I belligerently

refuse to do

my job, I

expect to be

fired. If I

willfully neglect

my job, I

expect to be

fired. If I

consistently put

private or

personal interest

before my job,

I expect to

be fired. If

legislators refuse

to put national

interest above

party politics,

they should face

general recall

elections the

moment they

get home.

They should

face the

consequence of what

it means to be

employed to do

a job and fail.

They should face

the very real

prospect that

despite their prestige,

power and personalities,

they can be fired.
